NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

RAMBLERS WORCESTERSHIRE AREA

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Ramblers Worcestershire Area will be held, as part of a Members’ Day, at 15.15pm on Saturday 25th November 2017 at Worcester Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2LG. The AGM agenda is overleaf.

There will be a walk starting from the Centre at 10.00am. The Centre facilities will be available for lunch from 12.30pm and visitors can either use the on-site cafe or bring a packed lunch. There will be a talk and optional Interest Group sessions, followed by the AGM at 15.15. During the afternoon break there will be free refreshments – tea/coffee and cakes.

The Area Committee hope that members will attend as this is an opportunity to have a local walk, meet fellow ramblers, hear an interesting speaker, have a short discussion on matters of interest and give your views on Area matters at the AGM. Did we mention the free cakes?
